As you may know, if you follow my Blog I not only love growing Organic food I love to eat healthy these days and have lost 3 stone following the 5:2 Diet. I have compiled a list of all my Healthy and Low-calorie recipes for you to enjoy.
One of my favourite things to throw together is a salad. Salads are quick, easy and low in calories and a great way to get your 5 a day.

Feta and Walnut and Beetroot Salad
- Lettuce – We have Lollo Rosso, Oak Leaf and Cos in the garden
- Cherry Tomato
- 30g Feta
- Three crumbled walnut
- 4 mini beetroot
The How to Bit
Chop up all the salad ingredients and the mini Beetroot and crumble on the Feta and Walnuts
