Meal Planning is great if like me you are on a budget – I grow my own vegetables and fruit and make things for my home all to save money. So that is why I Meal Plan every week to Save Money. Signing up for the Snapshot and Snippets newsletter is easy and it contains exclusive recipes, organic and money-saving living tips and Grow your own advice.

This is a hearty Slow-cooker Rustic Ratatouille dish from the Provence region of France made with Seasonal Vegetables and Olive oil and of course Garlic. It is a great Vegetarian dish but you can add grilled chicken or fish on top when you serve it if you want. I personally love it with a loaf of Home-made Bread.
Tip = save money by using cheap meat or no meat at all. Try a veggie version of your favourite dishes.
Spinach is the only thing still harvestable in the garden and I love it in salads but this tasty Tuscan Chicken with Spinach dish is great and you can save money on Chicken fillets this week in Lidl. Get the recipe in this week Snapshot and Snippets Newsletter.
Tip – Always shop the specials in your supermarket to keep costs down
Wednesday I run all my errands and I want something quick and cheap like Quick and Easy Bacon and Mushroom Pasta
Tip – When you are busy instead of reaching for a ready meal or take-away menu cook something quick and easy.
I love my slow-cooker it is perfect for when I am at work or out for the day. And this Slow Cooker Beef Goulash is a family Favourite.
Tip- The slow-cooker is perfect for tougher cuts of meat as it softens them up
I love tapas and these Amazing Spanish Tapas Prawns are great when I crave a bit of Spanish Tapas in my life.
Tip – Make your own take- away food you will save lots
Another dish that uses Spinach from the garden ( saving money ) and is quick and easy and adaptable depending on how many are home.
Tips: Simple meals are great is everyone is on the go
We will be having a Roast chicken and vegetables on Sunday and I always do a dessert on Sunday and with Bananas on Special Offer and this Easy Banoffee Pie
