Instructions
  1. Spray your Wok with the coconut Fry Lite and throw in the prawns, broccoli, mushrooms and pepper.
  2. Mix the Lime juice and spices and pour into the wok
  3. Pop on a lid to help cook the ingredients through – cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through
  4. Prepare your Cauliflower rice as decided in the video above
  5. Serve the prawns on top of the Cauliflower rice
