Eating Organic on a Budget with Meal Plan

Eating organic on a budget is difficult, as truth be told eating organically is usually expensive. Imagine you could eat Organic and still keep to your budget well it is possible with Meal Planning.

But readers of my blog will know that I am an Organic Gardener as well as a Money saver. So when budget supermarkets like Aldi and Lidl have sales of Organic products I am all over that.

Supermarket Specials can be specialized foods like organic, vegetarian and gluten free. Go through the special Leaflets or the online information of your local supermarkets to find out when these sales are on. I planned my menu from Lidl’s Newsletter as that is my local Supermarket. From the specials write a list of meals your family will eat and add them to your Printable Meal Plan, below, to cover the days you are home cooking.
