Supermarket Specials can be good quality meat and vegetables and eating healthier needn’t be an expensive struggle. Go through the special Leaflets or the online information of your local supermarkets to find out when these sales are on. I planned my menu from Lidl’s Newsletter as that is my local Supermarket. From the specials write a list of meals your family will eat and add them to your Printable Meal Plan, below, to cover the days you are home cooking.
