It is an absolutely gorgeous Spring day in Ireland today I am so happy to report – and I have spent far too much time enjoying it and not enough time Menu Planning so I thought I better get to it – so here is this week’s Menu Planning Monday.
Wednesday – I have Aldi Pork chops again so to change it up a bit I plan on making this sweet and sour – so easy my teenager can make it – the recipe is HERE
Thursday – ST PATRICK’s Day – I am a useless Irish person I hate corn beef, I am not too fond of coddle or boiled bacon or any of those “traditional” dishes.
So this will be my “traditional” Irish dish I will serve it with Cabbage and if you what something totally Irish try this Chocolate Guinness Cake, I have the printable recipe available HERE for you download and try.
Friday – Apparently this lovely weather is to last all week so I plan on dusting dow the bar-be-cue and making some yummy homemade burgers and some of these tasty Bar-be-Que Skewers – the recipe for them is HERE
Saturday – I plan on doing something light so I think I will make some Slowcooker Chili and sever it with Tacos and Salad – the recipe for slow cooker chili is HERE
Sunday – I will roast a Chicken but will serve it with coleslaw and sweet corn and wedges if it is warm and maybe bake some artisan Bread – the recipe for which is HERE
I hope you enjoy my recipes and if you want more ideas and menus check out I am an Organising Junkie’s Link up HERE
