Hello Dear readers, Happy Halloween I am going to assume you are getting ready to trick or treat. Have a safe and sound Halloween and here is my menu plan for this week.
As it is Halloween so we are having something easy so I can answer the door to the trick or treaters. This Slow-cooker Chilli is perfect, you throw it on and the slow-cooker does the work.
My youngest makes a very nice Sweet and Sour Pork. I love it when other’s cook and I have pork in the freezer.
The world and his wife must know that it is Pizza night on Wednesday in our house. The great thing about Pizza is you can change up the toppings. Try my Stuffed crust pizza recipe for a tasty treat.

I am making Apple Crumble on Sunday as my eldest boyfriend is coming for a visit and he is a big fan of my Apple Crumble .
