Lower-fat Kinder Bueno Cheesecake
This Lower-fat Kinder Bueno cheesecake tastes of creamy hazelnut goodness with a gluten free base and Low fat ingredients to make you feel slightly less guilty about indulging! And is suitable for Vegetarians.

Instructions
  1. The HOW to BIT
  2. Crumb the Digestives in a mixer and pour in the Melted butter
  3. Press the Disgestive butter mix into a 6 inch loose bottom cake tin
  4. Chill in the fridge
  5. In a bowl add the low-fat cheese spread, creme fraiche, the hazelnut spread and beat together. If you want a firmed cheesecake add the agar.
  6. Prepare the agar by disolving it in boiling water and allowing to cool and mixing into the cheesecake mix.
  7. Put the Cheesecake mix on top of the chilled Digestive Base
  8. Place the Cheesecake into the Fridge to chill – I usually leave over night but 3 hours should be enough
To Decorate
  1. Place the Kinder Bueno on the top as pictured
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the top
